We bought in Hemby Bridge and the builder's cleaning crew left grout haze on all the tile floors — can you fix that?

Yes. Grout haze is one of the most consistent issues in Indian Trail's new construction homes — builders often use tile setters who don't adequately clean up the thin film of dried grout compound that covers tile surfaces. We use a pH-appropriate grout haze remover, let it dwell, and scrub with non-scratching pads. Heavily affected floors in Hemby Bridge homes can take 45-90 minutes just for the tile work. It's tedious but it's the difference between tile that looks installed and tile that looks finished.

What's different about post-construction cleaning vs. a standard deep clean in Indian Trail?
